What if I determine that I have a defective Meta-Speed® board?
Replacement boards are available on an exchange basis.
What upgrade paths are available?
The current software version is 1.98i. Call the technical assistance number for information on what you will need to upgrade your present system.
Can my MkIII Meta-Speed® system be installed in an URSA®?
In most cases, the system can be installed in an URSA® with the addition of a few components. The cost is relative to the version of software you are presently running. Call Meta-Speed® technical assistance or e-mail to metaspeed@videopost.com for more information.
Are any "patches" available for Meta-Speed®?
Version 1.98L has been created for Pin Plus® users, and more recently Version 2.01c has been made available for those facilities using an URSA® with the daVinci® 2k.
